Mark as Useful They claim to be comcast, and ask for me by name. If they are told I am unavailable, they just hang up. If nobody answers, they dont leave a message. I am a comcast customer, so I called them to find out what they want....and they claim it is not them.
what does one do in this situation

Mark as Useful This is for 21St Century Insurance they are extremely rude if you don't buy their expensive insurance in Florida. Heck their policy same coverage is $350.00 higher than GEICO why would I change. AIG does not need more of my money or anyone elses. SO sad for them.

Mark as Useful Some foreigner keeps calling my job and cell saying this is an important legal matter but doesnt give me any info on what type of legal matter this is; then states I owe money and I need to wire it before I am arrested.

Mark as Useful These people have been calling me 3 or 4 times a day for weeks. 730am-10pm I finally answered tonight and they know my address, & my credit card number, but as soon as I asked where they got my address they hung up. I have already filed with the FCC and I have put myself on the Do Not Call List - next step will be a lawyer.
